These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ox368 platform, including all products, services, promotions, and features available at ox368.bet. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Each individual may hold only one active ox368 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ox368 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation under our fraud-prevention policy.
All bonuses and promotional credits awarded by ox368 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotion page. Bonus terms are published transparently and never changed retroactively.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ox368 login credentials. ox368 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify ox368 support immediately following an unauthorised access event.
ox368 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the stated period will result in withdrawal suspension.
ox368 prohibits bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage betting using promotional funds, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, and any form of fraudulent activity. Accounts found in breach of these restrictions will be closed without notice and outstanding balances may be forfeited in accordance with the anti-fraud provisions below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the ox368 Platform. ox368 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant to ox368 that:
ox368 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Any Member who provides false or misleading eligibility information will have their account suspended immediately and all balances held pending investigation.
To access wagering and gaming services on the ox368 Platform, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to keep all account information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
One Account Per Member. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ox368 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where ox368 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be held for review, and Bonus Funds across all accounts will be voided.
Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. ox368 recommends using a strong, unique password not used for any other online service, and enabling two-step login verification via SMS OTP to your registered Indonesian mobile number. You agree to notify ox368 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Account Currency. All ox368 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits, withdrawals, wager settlements, and bonus credits are all processed in IDR. No currency conversion is applied, and ox368 does not charge currency conversion fees on any transaction.
Account Dormancy. An account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ox368 will attempt to contact the Member at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the account by logging in. Dormancy fees are not applied to accounts with a zero balance.
Important: KYC verification is required before ox368 will process any withdrawal request. Submitting accurate documents early in your membership avoids delays when you first request a withdrawal.
ox368 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. By registering an account, you consent to ox368 conducting identity verification checks as described in this clause.
Documents Required. ox368 may request the following at any point during the account lifecycle, and will always request them before processing a Member's first withdrawal:
Verification Timeline. ox368 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. A Member who fails to submit the required documents within seven (7) calendar days of a withdrawal request being placed may have that request cancelled and the funds returned to their account balance.
Enhanced Due Diligence. ox368 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks in cases where transaction volumes, deposit patterns, or other risk indicators suggest a need for additional verification. Enhanced checks may include requesting the source of funds documentation or a video selfie verification. ox368's decisions in relation to KYC and enhanced due diligence are final.
ox368 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in IDR with no conversion fees applied by ox368.
Minimum Deposit Amounts. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 20.000. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rp 50.000. No maximum deposit limit is set by default, though ox368 reserves the right to apply account-specific deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming controls or fraud-prevention procedures.
Deposit Processing Time. The vast majority of deposits are credited to a Member's ox368 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed — typically due to banking system maintenance windows — ox368 will credit the funds within two (2) hours of receiving confirmed payment proof from the Member.
Deposit Restrictions. Funds deposited into an ox368 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a bank account or e-wallet held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account, subject to standard processing times. ox368 does not accept deposits made via credit card.
Note on Bonus Eligibility: Some deposit bonuses require a minimum deposit amount above the standard minimum. Always check the specific promotion terms before depositing if you intend to claim a bonus on that deposit.
ox368 processes withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets 24 hours a day, including Indonesian public holidays. The target processing time for standard withdrawals is under 15 minutes from the time the request is submitted by a verified Member.
Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily withdrawal limits are set on a tier basis linked to your account verification level and wagering history. Members who have completed full KYC verification and have a minimum 30-day account history may request an increase to their daily withdrawal limit by contacting ox368 support.
Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ox368 account holder. ox368 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The withdrawal channel used does not need to match the deposit channel, provided both are registered in your name.
Withdrawal Processing Conditions. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Declined Withdrawals. If a withdrawal request is declined, ox368 will provide a reason via the member account notification centre and, where applicable, by email to the registered address. Common reasons for decline include incomplete KYC, unsatisfied wagering requirements, and account security holds. If you believe a withdrawal has been declined in error, contact ox368 support via live chat.
ox368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are credited to the Member's ox368 wallet in IDR and are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any additional terms published on the specific promotion page.
General Bonus Terms.
Welcome Bonus. The ox368 welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are stated on the welcome bonus promotion page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Member and is forfeited if the Member requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

All bets and wagers placed on the ox368 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian domino-based card game), or in-play betting. Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ox368 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error (palpable error) in the published market. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to the individual outcome of each selection; if any selection in a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as a reduced accumulator on the remaining valid selections.
Live Casino. Live casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and game-show products — are operated by certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino round, the studio's recorded game outcome constitutes the final result. ox368 will not be liable for losses arising from a Member's internet connection failure mid-round.
Slots. All slot games on the ox368 Platform operate on certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the studio. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available on each game's information panel. ox368 cannot influence slot outcomes — all results are determined independently by the RNG at the point of each spin.
In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to delay processing to prevent abuse of live score information. Bets accepted during a delay are binding at the odds at which they were accepted. ox368 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during event stoppages, VAR reviews, and injury time.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ox368 Platform:
ox368 employs continuous monitoring tools to detect prohibited activity. Where a breach is identified, ox368 will close the account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and — where applicable — report the activity to relevant financial investigation authorities.
All content on the ox368 Platform — including but not limited to the ox368 brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour schemes, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ox368 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:
Unauthorised use of ox368 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. ox368 actively monitors for trademark infringement and will pursue enforcement action where necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ox368's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their ox368 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ox368's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ox368 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ox368 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studio partners, and fraud-prevention services strictly as required to operate the Platform and fulfil these Terms & Conditions. All data transfers are conducted over encrypted connections.
ox368 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email to the registered address and via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material changes (for example, corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter a Member's rights) may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the ox368 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method upon closure, subject to completion of KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ox368 holds its international operating licence. By accepting these terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through ox368's internal complaints procedure will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
ox368 is a trusted and secure platform, licensed and regulated internationally. While ox368 actively serves the Indonesian market and provides IDR-denominated services tailored to Indonesian players, Members acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legal developments, and that it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their place of residence.
